Known as a Digital Architect, she also is a Nationally Recognized Digital Consultant in SEO, Content Marketing & Digital Media Marketing. Additionally, she was honored in 2018 as an Ellie Fund Honoree and Recipient and a 2018 Boston Business Journal 40 under 40 finalist and Boston Chamber of Commerce Top 10 Young Leaders of Boston Finalist.

She attributes her greatest accomplishment by far is her family.
She is grateful to have married her college sweetheart, Brian Washington, and she is incredibly proud to be a Mommy to Victoria, Sabrina, Rachel, Brian, Jr., Brenden, and Braylon (Braylon passed away shortly after birth in 2011). She is also a Breast Cancer Survivor and knows if she can tackle that, she can tackle anything that comes her way.

My job is to make sure the world knows it.
The first few years were not easy.
I was accustomed to doing everything by myself. My way, my systems, my processes.....but my team didn't know them. I did not know what tasks to give them, what project to delegate. Therefore, I did the majority of the work and let my team follow up with clients. CRAZINESS....I know.
Every small “win” was met with self criticism, self doubt, anxiety, and this deep feeling that the work would not be good enough.
Much of my work I gave away for free but that was crippling my business while it was growing all at the same time.
I worked 60 hour work weeks and spent many of those long hours in front of the screen without the cash flow to justify it. Painful “tears" on Brian's shoulder as I groaned for a mentor or consult to desperately help me succeed. I know success was coming right over the hill so I looked to the hills from which cometh my help...
Something was definitely wrong so I decided to revert to going behind the scenes and building the business that I wanted for other people that could pay at least $10,000 per month in an advertising budget.
Through it all, I still have a burning desire to the small entrepreneurs, the starts-ups, and mompreneurs setting up their businesses the RIGHT way. However, I never gave the time to do so. Since COVID-19, this has all changed and I realize life is too short and there are a lot of businesses that need my help.
I discovered that I can build my own business AND build my clients businesses at the same time.
That they were in fact two in one....a double hitter. So I doubled down and learned how to do it at scale. I now:
- Assist my startups and small business clients how to rapidly grow their brand awareness with effective marketing.
- Assist them with building time-leveraged automated funnels and put them on autopilot which allows scalability without burning out.
- Assist them with creating small offers and mini courses as front end offers in order to sell HIGH TICKET items and/or services on the backend.
